Learn to relax.
I have been teaching Ophanim/Yoga of Abraham since 2007. This method is the most ancient yoga based on “The Book of Creation” or “Sefer Yetzira,” the oldest Kabbalistic document in our hands today. The “Sefer Yetzira” explains how, symbolically, the letters of the Hebrew alphabet took an active part in the world’s creation.
Ophanim/Yoga of Abraham teaches that the body can take on the shapes of the Hebrew alphabet, thus invoking each letter’s specific healing process. Based on the lunar calendar, there is a healing process for particular body organs – each day of the week, the month of the year, and each season.
Before assuming the postures, students learn the essential element in “Ophanim/Yoga of Abraham, the “Yud Heh” breathing technique. This breathing is exceptionally relaxing and has helped many of my clients and students challenged by insomnia to sleep easier and deeper, much faster.

Ophanim is prevention yoga and is very relaxing. Many students and clients with insomnia or needing memory reinforcement have experienced excellent results. Since dis-ease cannot easily find its way when each body organ gets the proper love, care, and attention, I recommend the daily practice to “keep the doctor away.”
