Vibration is the combination of thought and feeling together. Things are real to us and make sense to us when we can feel them in our core. Large groups of people either want to only feel or only think; they are not vibrating fully since you cannot think and not feel or feel and not think. The combination will put you in a high level of vibration which Psychoneurology refers to as “thriving.” We as Psychoneurologists are the only practitioners that are aware that we have to have both feeling and thought in unison. Vibration does not lie or cannot be deceived. It is like what they call intuition or being psychic. If something feels Bad, even though it might be the past scars talking, you know it is bad for you. When we are aware of our thoughts and feelings together, we can trust the messages we receive from our unconscious mind to our conscious mind. When we talk about self-care or self-love, we are guiding that vibration to a higher state/level which we call the Mastery Level of Vibration or “thriving” and that is how most Shamans and Masters that we know in this world, such as Dalai Lama, Kabbalists, Sufis, Martial Arts’ Sensei, live every moment. They put their vibration above everything else and that is what we do as Psychoneurologists; we are guiding our thoughts and feelings towards thriving and joy.
Psychoneurologists give more love and attention to their clients when the clients are happy versus when they are emotional so the clients would learn to be consistently experiencing joy and love from within. They have a loving presence and are teachers of self-love. We know that falling in love makes you feel good inside. According to Gary Chapman author of 5 Love Languages, “Inside every child is an ‘emotional tank’ waiting to be filled with love. When a child really feels loved, he will develop normally, but when the love tank is empty, the child will misbehave. Much of the misbehavior of children is motivated by the cravings of an empty ‘love tank.’” “I also realized that many of their parents were suffering from an empty love tank and that much of the misbehavior of married individuals was growing out of an empty love tank.”
Psychoneurologists teach their clients to fall in love with themselves and fill up the empty tank inside them with love and light in order to be in overflow. When a person is kind to themselves, they radiate fullness and joy from inside. A Psychoneurologist teaches a patient practical practices on how to create joy and thriving in their lives by being in touch with who they really are. Our patients know one thousand ways on how not to be happy in life. We as role models are connoisseurs on how many things can make our clients feel good and be happy. We show them specifics on the direction where to go. We are taught to live, see and experience the world with the camera being on the outside. The ego gets created because people look at their lives through a lens outside of themselves. In this situation what people think about you or what car you drive becomes important. For many of us we begin to see ourselves the way other people see us. Psychoneurologists teach their clients to live looking with the camera from the inside, to focus on themselves and see themselves for who they really are; what they need, can feel and think of to make them thrive in life. They add resources to their clients and teach them how to use their mind, energy and feelings and learn how to direct their vibration well in order what to do to live a joyful thriving life.
People who are used to watching and listening to the news during the day are often worried, anxious, frightened, depressed and might show signs of anger for no apparent reason. They do not recognize that the messages they have been receiving through the media have negative effects on their unconscious mind and they have been imprinted by the news without giving any conscious thought to it. When a Psychoneurologist comes in contact with such clients, the concept of getting rid of their problems is not going to be viewed as an indication of joy appearing all of a sudden. The clients need to be introduced to the resource of joy and to learn how to run their brain and nervous system in the direction of being happy. They need to learn how to be filled up from inside and be kind and loving towards themselves through different protocols of Psychoneurology, meditation, and hypnosis/inductions. Neither meditation nor medication alone gives anyone a new resource or teaches the brain to do what it needs to do; new resources and learnings, such as being in joy, will do that. Psychoneurologists are experts at finding and installing needed resources in the patient’s unconscious mind.
Psychoneurologists direct the client towards what feels good in their body and psyche. Psychoneurology is intentionally directive because we give them new learnings. It is not talking out their problems over and over again and regurgitating them. By talking about, reinforcing, and re-membering an issue, they are directing their energy towards that problem more and more and giving it more power and strength. For example, some psychologists believe they are dealing with issues such as anger and if anger is expressed, it can be fixed. But a Psychoneurologist knows the more anger expressed leads to merely more anger generated and paying attention to having more anger expressed. Psychoneurology is using the spirit in conjunction with the mind and body being connected. A presupposition as applied in Psychoneurology, akin to a presupposition in Neuro-linguistic programming, as posited by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, is that the mind and body are parts of the same system.
An additional presupposition of Psychoneurology is that the unconscious needs to be given a new direction, and basically a new resource that can be used at all times in order for the patient to deal with a situation which can cause them to experience anger. We know that in order to change an emotion or feeling it is easier to teach the unconscious what to do and what to have. The unconscious cannot create change without being directed. Another presupposition of Psychoneurology states that the unconscious will not generate a new choice on its own. All protocols must be directed at a defined result, not pathology, which is merely attempting to identify a disease or disorder without any direction towards what is needed to actually bring about a healthier, more resourceful person who can metabolize life experiences and use them to have a thriving life.
We as Psychoneurologists are experts at teaching our clients about the concepts of Inner Nurturing and Creating Joy. We are constantly directing the energy to where it needs to go. Consciousness is energy flowing through the entire body. The first question a Psychoneurologist always asks is: “What resources are needed here?” This is always the one element that we must be as clear as possible on. The unconscious does NOT generate its own new neural pathways; therefore, it will use what it has, perpetuating the same patterns forever, unless new learnings and associations are added. We as Psychoneurologists know for an absolute fact that we MUST bring in and integrate a new pattern for change to be lasting! We help our clients change their brain coding and run their minds with elegance. We constantly hold the space of Love for our clients. Love is purposely seeing the God in someone. Our job is to be a positive loving force to guide our clients. We have rituals to be able to hear our inner voice and experience being present at all times. One of our most important tools is meditating a few times a day if possible. Meditation is paying attention to ourselves and focusing on us. It is internalizing and making us slow down and breathe. This is what we use mostly every day to be able to imprint on ourselves and our vibration. We call it the “Concept of Vibrational Hygiene.” Just the way we take care of our teeth and our body’s health, we need to pay attention to our thoughts and feelings at all times. When we meditate, we stay connected within. Our intention is to have the heart and the mind open at all times for vibrational balance. The way we deal with others is the same as we contemplate ourselves. How we feel about ourselves is a great indication of our vibration. Feeling is vibration and the vibration is really everything we need to be living a joyous thriving life. We always need to pay attention to what is not feeling good to us.
Psychoneurology is using both the Mind (psycho) and the nervous system (neurology). What people see and notice in us is our vibration. Masters in all cultures are constantly navigating their vibration and putting their vibration before everything else. It’s like cultivating a garden; we help plant and create a space for love. Psychoneurologists are highly directive: we plant the orange seeds in the garden instead of hoping for an orange tree to grow. Our Attention is to be Self-cherishing, rather than getting the nourishment we need from outside of ourselves. The most important part of our being is vibrational hygiene. Our default state is Joy and Bliss. We are constantly working on our vibrational hygiene through rituals that are nourishing us every day such as meditation, different breathing techniques, journaling, just to name a few acts of loving and cherishing oneself. How it feels to be in our body and how we feel in our own body is so important. Happiness is feeling happy not just thinking it. We create the state of mind we want to be in. Our primary learnings occur through stories to create unconscious habits and imprint on us. As Abe Lincoln said, “A person is as happy as they make their mind to be.”
Our understanding of psycho, which is the study of the mind, emotional and mental constitution, and neurology, which is our emotions and actual feelings in our bodies and the nervous system, has taught us that the distance between what we consider science and spirituality becomes very narrow. Using the mind without the heart creates lack of wisdom. In order to create thriving we need to use our intellect in combination with our feeling and vibration. We have certain understandings that guide us in making changes in deeper levels of the client’s vibration.
For example, if a man has decided to be fearful of dogs, we know that this man lacks the feeling of being safe around dogs. After our calibration and finding out if he has any recollection of the origin of this phobia, there are certain protocols of Psychoneurology that we will be utilizing in order to give this man a feeling of safety. We do not use judgement on any of our clients and accept and love them for who they are. Through our love and direction, we can also create a feeling of self-love and self-acceptance in them. In that way a Psychoneurologist serves as a very loving, empowering mirror for the client. A lot of times people who have been dealing with a fear, phobia or trauma have self-judgement and lack of self-acceptance. They might feel that they are broken or fragile and we as Psychoneurologists have the tools to support them in learning how to feel true self-love and to accept themselves as whole and complete the way they are.
